REFUND POLICY (STRICT AND CLEAR)


Refund allowed only within 7 days AND only if no content has been accessed.

This applies to:

  • SprintPad
  • Professional Certifications
  • Bootcamps
  • Digital products
  • On-demand content

3.1 Conditions for Refund Eligibility

A refund is granted ONLY if:

  1. The request is made within 7 calendar days of purchase;
    AND
  2. No course videos, modules, downloads, or materials have been accessed;
    AND
  3. No live sessions have been attended;
    AND
  4. No Slack/Skool community content has been accessed.

If any content has been accessed, the refund is void.

This complies with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations Digital Content Exemption, which removes the right to cancel after access begins.

3.2 Non-Refundable Services

No refunds for:

  • Enterprise consulting
  • AI Governance services
  • Completed workshops
  • Digital downloads
  • Completed live training
  • Payment plans
  • Financing agreements
