These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LogicSync Ltd.’s website, programmes, communities, content, consultancy services, and all related offerings (“Services”). By enrolling, purchasing, or accessing any Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

“LogicSync,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to LogicSync Ltd., a company incorporated in the United Kingdom, with activities spanning the UK, EU, and United States through affiliated entities and partners.

These Terms apply to:

  • Individual learners (“Students” or “Participants”)
  • Enterprise clients (“Corporate Clients”)
  • Visitors accessing the website
  • Representatives of organisations engaging with LogicSync

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement.
Corporate Clients must ensure that employees enrolling on their behalf are authorised to do so.

1.2 Nature of Services

LogicSync provides:

  • AI Governance & Compliance Services
  • Enterprise AI Training
  • Corporate AI Transformation Consulting
  • SprintPad Accelerators
  • Professional Certifications
  • Premium Bootcamps
  • Online learning materials, communities, and mentorship
  • Digital resources, downloads, and templates

LogicSync reserves the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any Service.

1.3 No Guarantee of Outcomes

While LogicSync provides high-quality training and support, we do not guarantee employment, salary outcomes, promotions, project success, or business results unless explicitly stated under a signed Job Guarantee contract (Exec Transformer Tier).
All Job Guarantee programmes are governed by additional written conditions.

1.4 Intellectual Property

All content provided by LogicSync—including videos, PDFs, curriculum, templates, training materials, strategy frameworks, AI governance documents, and digital assets—is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws in the UK, EU, and USA.

You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, or share materials
  • Sell or repurpose LogicSync content
  • Record live sessions
  • Provide content to third parties
  • Reverse-engineer LogicSync’s programmes or materials

LogicSync grants you a personal, non-transferable licence solely for your own learning.

1.5 Payment & Billing

By purchasing a Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Make payments on time
  • Honour instalment agreements
  • Honour financing agreements with third-party lenders

LogicSync may suspend access to Services for failed or missed payments.

1.6 Instalment Plans & Financing

For financing via partners (Lendwise, Knoma, Climb, Meritize, Ascent, etc.):

  • The financing agreement is strictly between the student and the financing provider.
  • LogicSync is paid upfront by the lender.
  • Students remain 100% liable for repayment to the lender.

1.7 Enterprise Agreements

Corporate clients may require additional legal documentation:

  • MSAs (Master Service Agreements)
  • NDAs
  • Data Processing Addendums
  • Project Scope Statements

Where these conflict with these Terms, the mutually signed agreement prevails.

1.8 Behaviour & Conduct

We maintain a safe, professional learning environment.

We may suspend or remove anyone for:

  • Harassment or inappropriate behaviour
  • Academic dishonesty
  • Misuse of Slack or community channels
  • Attempting to access or share pirated content
  • Disruption of live sessions
  • Violating professional or ethical guidelines

1.9 Disclaimers

LogicSync Services are provided “as-is” without warranty.
We do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted platform uptime
  • perfect accuracy of materials
  • business or employment outcomes
  • specific technological results

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogicSync disclaims liability for:

  • Loss of income
  • Business interruption
  • Data loss
  • Indirect or consequential damages

1.10 Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by:

  • UK law for UK-based clients
  • EU law for EU-based clients
  • Applicable US state law for US-based clients

Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

1.11 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
